The Gig
We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to lead our fire sprinkler suppression projects from kickoff to closeout. You’ll juggle schedules, budgets, and crews—keeping everything running smoothly, safely, and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own multiple projects—start to finish
  • Work with clients, engineers, contractors & crews
  • Plan and coordinate schedules, budgets, and materials
  • Ensure all systems meet safety codes (NFPA, local regs, etc.)
  • Visit job sites to check quality and progress
  • Troubleshoot issues like a pro
  • Keep reports organized and communication flowing
  • Lead and support your field team

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years managing fire sprinkler projects (or deep install experience)
  • Working knowledge of NFPA codes and fire safety standards
  • Blueprint and construction doc fluency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • NICET certification? Huge plus
  • Valid driver’s license
